Blog 2: The best concert I have had

The best concert I have attended was Gorillaz, last year March,2018 at Movistar Arena. Gorillaz is a virtual band created in 1998 by the visual artist Jemie Hewlett and the musician from the brit pop band “Blur” Damon Albarn. It consists of four fictional animated band members: 2D (Vocals and Keys), Murdoc Niccals (Bass), Noddle (Guitar) and Russel Hobbs (Percussion). Gorillaz music style is reminiscents of 80 and 90 s dance music whit strong influences of electro, hip hop, dub and pop. Gorillaz concerts consist of the real life musicians playing on the stage live, while visuals of the animated characters are showed on screen behind them. I loved the atmosphere during this event, because it was very chill, and I was able to know and sing with a lot of others Gorillaz fans. This has been my favourite band since I was a child, so assisting to the concert was an amazing experience and also a dream come true for me.
